Meet the PCL Biostimulator Team

This site is led by Ke He, MD, who assesses every course and is responsible for its medical content. The other three physicians contribute the surgical, refinement and dermatologic perspectives that a decision about a persistent volumiser draws on.

Ke He (何锞)

Deputy Director & Head of Skin & Laser Aesthetics · Attending Physician, Licensed Aesthetic Attending · Lead Physician of This Site

Collagen stimulation · persistent volumisers · nodule risk and its management

Dr. Ke He is Deputy Director of the Plastic Surgery & Aesthetics Medical Center at Chongqing West District Hospital and head of its skin and laser aesthetic service — and she is the lead physician of this site. A core specialist formerly at the Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery Department of Xinqiao Hospital, affiliated with Army Medical University, she has worked on the clinical front line in skin laser and injectable aesthetics for more than 20 years, serving over ten thousand patients.

This substance is treated here as a technique problem rather than a product choice. Dr. He assesses tissue thickness by zone, decides whether the area can carry a persistent material at all, and sets the dilution and the plane for each area rather than applying one approach everywhere. She treats the opening session as a test of tolerance and technique, spaces the remaining sessions so the tissue is never crowded, and judges the result against standardised photographs taken in the same light. When a firm area or a delayed reaction appears months later, the assessment and its management stay with her, and she says plainly when the honest answer is a reversible filler, a device, an operation or nothing.

Clinical focus

  • Tissue-thickness and volume assessment by zone before any course is planned
  • Placement depth and preparation decisions that determine how even the result is
  • Session count and intervals, with a defined point at which the course stops
  • Recognition and management of nodules, granulomas and delayed inflammatory reactions
  • Honest referral to a reversible filler, a device or surgery where this substance is the wrong instrument

Academic roles & achievements

  • Member, Laser Medicine Group, Chinese Medical Association Plastic Surgery Branch
  • Member, Facial Rejuvenation Group, Chinese Medical Association Plastic Surgery Branch
  • Member, Chongqing Plastic Surgery Quality Control Center
  • Published 5 papers, holds 5 national patents, and introduced 2 new clinical techniques

Nothing here can be switched off

There is no dissolving agent for this substance. A first session is therefore a commitment rather than a trial, and the smallest session that answers the question is the only safe opening move.

Start with an assessment, not a course

Arrange a consultation. We will assess tissue thickness by zone, explain what this substance can and cannot change and how long the plan runs, and say plainly when a reversible filler or an operation is the better answer.
